Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

At Home Clean CPH, we value both your time and ours. To ensure efficient coordination and high-quality service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you follow the conditions below.

1. Advance Notice

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Late Cancellations

If we receive notice less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of the total booking amount will apply, as that time has been exclusively reserved for you.

3. No-Shows and Wrong Bookings

If you select the wrong date, are not present at the scheduled time, or fail to notify us within the required notice period, the payment will not be refunded. This is because it results in a loss of time, personnel, and transportation resources that could have been allocated to another client.

4. Property Access

If our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival due to no response or lack of entry access (no key, locked door, or code issue), the visit will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
