Who We Are

Home Clean Service ApS is a cleaning company from Copenhagen with an office on Valby Langgade. We clean private homes, offices, staircases and Airbnb properties — with our own employees.

We have built the company around things you can check for yourself: you know the price before we start, you get before-and-after photos of every visit, and you can follow your cleaning in our customer portal.

What We Do

We offer regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office cleaning, staircase cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning and carpet cleaning across Copenhagen.

2. You know who is coming. In your ServiceTrack account you can see who is coming and find all your bookings and receipts.
3. Before-and-after photos. The team documents every visit with photos, so you can see what was done.
4. Tell us within 24 hours. If something is not as it should be, let us know within 24 hours of the visit. If the complaint is reasonable and can be documented, we offer a re-clean or another fair solution. For deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, this requires that the time the job needs was booked. See our terms of service, section 7.
5. Approval guarantee at the move-out inspection. If the landlord rejects the cleaning at the inspection on something stated in the rental contract or on the handover list, we come back for free — provided the number of hours we recommend was booked. Read the conditions.
