What is the price for the cleaning service?

Our price per hour is 560 kr including materials, products, transport and VAT.

A standard cleaning includes:


- Vacuuming and washing of all floors, as well as panels and textile furniture
- Dusting of all horizontal and accessible surfaces: tables, windowsills, shelves, dressers and the like.
- Cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms / toilets 
- Kitchen cleaning: sink and exterior cleaning of cabinets/drawers/stove/hood

We can also customize your cleanings based on your needs, also if you want to add more tasks, we can add a fee in our service, in case it takes more effort or more time to complete them.

For standard cleaning, we recommend an estimated time depending on the m² of the house:

- Houses, Departments or Studios up to 70m²: It can take an hour to do a complete cleaning of your home.

- Houses or apartments from 80m² to 215m²: It can take an hour and a half or two to complete. We ensure a smooth home cleaning process every step of the way.

- Houses of more than 220m² to 300m²: It can take from two and a half or three hours to complete.

We can always arrange the cleaning time that you require in your home or business, if you see that the time we share is not enough or is too much, in the first cleaning we can really see how long it will take, so we can manage a fair time to meet our standards quality.

At what time do we carry out a general cleaning of a home, office or store?

Usually we do it in the course of a morning or an afternoon depending on the tasks to be carried out and the size of the house.

How many people come to perform cleaning services?

We do it with a number of two people for each cleaning, so that none of us is cleaning for more than 4 hours in a row, since we consider that these are the optimal hours in which we as cleaners can do our best and offer the most detailed cleaning and deep.

The cleaning products we use are industrial products adapted for each type of cleaning, presenting a reduced aggressiveness with the materials, being neutral and liquid detergents. We avoid using acid or abrasive materials.
The utensils that we commonly use in cleaning are: vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, dustpan, rags and brushes.

Is it necessary for you to be in the house while we perform the cleaning service?

In the cleanings as you prefer, if you want to be at home while we do your contracted service we do not see any type of problem, or if for work or different reasons you cannot be at home, we will do the same job, some people choose to leave us the copy of your key or give us the code to enter and do our job. We understand that each client is different and must have a personalized treatment, and what better way than that we can work according to their needs or changes that they may have during the course of the contracted cleaning.

What can't we clean?

In general, we clean all areas of your home except those areas or objects that may present an accident risk for people, or breakage or damage to the objects or homes themselves.

If I'm on a budget, can I request a light cleaning?

If this is the case, tell us when you contact us, and so we can tell you if it is viable based on the service you request, if it is possible to do so while respecting our minimum quality standards.

How is payment for services made?

Payment will be 100% in full here on our website or through the mobilpay application once you have chosen your service. Once the payment is made, the date and time you have requested here on the website will be blocked.
