Booking a move-out cleaning with us? All of this is included.
You add nothing to the basket and you pay nothing extra. The moment you book, it appears in your own account: we read your rental contract, build the requirement list your landlord will check, and our team cleans to exactly that list. See move-out cleaning →
Cleaning it yourself? Then don't do it blind.
A move-out clean is not ordinary cleaning. It is judged by someone standing in the flat with a list, looking for reasons to keep part of your deposit — and half the damage we see was not done by the tenant living there. It was done in the last two days, with the wrong product on the wrong surface.
This package puts our team behind you while you do it: what your landlord will actually check, what to buy, what to use where, and what will cost you money if you get it wrong.
The part nobody tells you: your surfaces are not all the same
“Clean the shower” sounds like one job. It is at least four different jobs depending on what your shower is made of — and the product that saves you an hour on one of them permanently ruins another. This is where people lose their deposit.
Your shower is not just “a shower”
Tempered glass, an acrylic tray, enamel, natural stone tiles, epoxy grout, silicone — each one takes a different approach. An acidic descaler is the fast way through limescale on glass and tiles, and the same bottle etches natural stone in minutes. A scouring pad rescues enamel and leaves a permanent cloudy patch on acrylic. Tell us what you have and we tell you what to use.
The oven is the one that eats the day
Baked-on grease does not come off with effort, it comes off with the right product and time. But oven cleaner is caustic: it belongs on enamel, not on aluminium trays or the seal, and never on a self-cleaning liner. Racks want a different treatment from the door glass, and the door glass often comes apart — which is the difference between a pass and a fail at the inspection.
Strong products work — if you know how to use them
Most people use them wrong: they spray, wipe straight away and conclude it does not work. Nearly all of it is contact time. We tell you how long to leave each thing, whether to work warm or cold, when to cover it, when to rinse — and where you need gloves and an open window rather than a face full of fumes.
What must never meet
Chlorine and an acidic descaler in the same bathroom produce a gas that sends people to hospital every year. Ammonia and chlorine, the same. It is the one thing we say in capital letters, because it happens in real flats, done by people who were only trying to get the mould out of the silicone.
And the working order, which is where the hours go
These are the same briefing notes we give a new cleaner on our own team. You get them written against your list, for your flat.
What you actually get
A shopping list before you start
The products your flat needs for the points on your list — product types in plain supermarket language, so you can buy them on the way home. No brands, no upselling, nothing you will not use. And nothing that will damage what you own.
Method for every single point
Every item on your requirement list gets the order to work in, the type of product, the tool that makes it quick, and the mistake that ruins it. Not general advice — the point in front of you.
Send a photo, get a real answer
Stuck? Photograph it and send it from your account. We look at the actual state of it and tell you which product to buy, how long to let it sit, and what to avoid on that surface. A person replies, the same day, for as long as you are working through the list. Ask as many times as you need.
Your rental contract, read for you
What you have to clean, what counts as redecoration (painting, wallpaper, floors) and is therefore not your cleaning job, and which clauses are worth having looked at. Your deposit, your notice, your deadlines — including the written move-out report under § 187 of the Danish Rent Act.
The requirement list, as a PDF
Built from your contract and your landlord's own handover list. Each point says where it comes from and why it counts at the inspection. Tick it off as you walk through, and keep the PDF with our name and details on every page.
What to photograph, and when
Your account explains what to document before and after, so you have proof in hand if the deposit is disputed. It is the same documentation our own teams produce on a job.
How it works
One afternoon with the wrong bottle can cost more than the deposit you are trying to keep. DKK 499 is less than a single hour of professional cleaning — and it is the hour that tells you what the other ones are for.
Said plainly: our approval guarantee — we come back free if the cleaning is rejected at the inspection — applies when we do the cleaning. It cannot apply here, because you are the one cleaning. What you get instead is the list your landlord will actually check, the method for every point, and someone to ask at every step.
We are a cleaning company, not legal advisers. The report tells you what your documents say; if a clause needs a legal opinion, have it checked by Lejernes Landsorganisation or a lawyer.
Want to try before you buy? The free AI contract check reads your contract on the spot and shows the requirements on screen — but nothing is saved, there is no PDF, no cleaning method and no support. This page explains exactly what happens to your data.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Booking
You can see the available times directly in the booking calendar. If none of them suit you, write or call — we will see whether we can find a time that works, including for urgent jobs.
Cleaning Supplies
We bring everything: professional products, cloths and machines. You don't need to set anything out. If you have allergies, asthma, or particular products you'd rather we used in your home, tell us before the visit and we'll work with that.
Competitive Price
You get a fixed price before we start — not an estimate that grows along the way. The price depends on the size and condition of your home, and how often we come. Not sure what your job costs? See our prices or ask for a quote.
Pets
Your pets can stay home — they're most comfortable in familiar surroundings. If we should feed them, let them out in the garden or empty the litter tray while you're away, message us on WhatsApp +45 91 62 83 99 or support@homecleancph.com before we arrive.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something isn't as it should be, tell us within 24 hours of the visit. If the complaint is reasonable and can be documented, we come back and redo those areas at no charge. For deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, this requires that the recommended time was booked.
