Withdraw from service contract (EU/EEA)

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you can withdraw from your service contract within 14 days of the day your booking is confirmed, without giving any reason.

If you asked us to start the service before the end of that period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the work already performed, and once the service is fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement by email. That is all that is legally required — there is no special form you must use.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt by email.
  • We reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
  • Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise.
  • If the service had already started at your express request, we deduct a proportionate amount for the work performed.
