At a trade fair, the cleaning window is measured in hours. Doors close, the hall has to be reset, and the next morning every stand needs to look like nobody was ever there. There is no room in that schedule for a supplier who is learning the venue as they go.
We clean stands, aisles and shared areas at exhibitions and trade fairs in Copenhagen and across Europe, for both organisers running a whole hall and individual exhibitors looking after their own stand.
For exhibitors
If you are exhibiting, your stand is your shop window for three days and it is judged in the first two seconds. We clean it before doors each morning: surfaces, glass, display units, seating and floor, plus bins emptied and the storage area behind the stand kept in order.
Booked as a nightly service across the run, so you arrive to a stand that is ready rather than spending your first half hour with a cloth in your hand.
For organisers
If you are running the event, we cover the whole footprint: aisles, entrance areas, registration, seminar rooms, catering zones, toilets and back of house, on a rotation through the day and a full reset overnight.
One contact, one schedule and one invoice for the entire hall, rather than a different supplier for each area.
Build and break, where the mess actually is
Most people underestimate the two ends of a fair. Build-up generates packaging, pallets, carpet offcuts, cable ties and cardboard in volumes that surprise everyone. Break-down generates the same again, faster, with everyone trying to leave at once.
We clean after build so the hall opens clean, and we clear after break-down so the space is handed back on time. Waste is collected, sorted and driven to the recycling centre, with trailers planned in for the volumes a fair produces.
We also crew the work that is not cleaning
Our teams unpack and organise stock, reset stands and seminar rooms between sessions, move furniture and fixtures, tidy storage and back of house, and assist the build and break-down crews. On a fair schedule, having the same people cover all of it saves more time than it costs.
How we work at venues
- Inside your move-in and move-out slots. Fair schedules are fixed and unforgiving, and we plan the crew around them rather than the other way round.
- Early mornings and overnight. The standard shifts for exhibition work, so the hall is ready before the first visitor badge is scanned.
- Venue rules respected. Larger venues have their own contractor requirements and access procedures. Tell us the venue and we work inside them.
- Fixed price before the run. Per day and per shift, agreed up front, whether it is one stand or an entire hall.
- English and Danish on site. Useful when exhibitors come from a dozen countries.
Where we work
Exhibition venues across Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen, plus congress and fair venues elsewhere in Denmark. For international exhibitors running the same stand across several European fairs, we travel with the crew so the standard does not change from city to city.
